With this Gift Certificate module, can someone redeem it at the same time they are setting up there account or do they have to have an account already setup? Like the coupon options where, at signup it ask to enter the coupon number, does this ask for the Gift Certificate Number at sign up? If not, then it should be added to the same page they would enter there personally information dedicated for the Gift Certificate Number and then an option should be implemented stating something like, "redeem" and the value of the Gift Certificate would show in front.

I believe that there should be an option so i can set the time of my country instead of relying on the server time; I'm in Australia and my WHMCS install is on my server in the United States, therefore because of the Server Time it shows the United States Time, it would be great if i could select the Time Zone so it shows my local State Time Zone, in Australia there are around 5 Time Zones while in every other country there is another time zone, So, if someone signed up for a dedication or private server in the US, they have no idea which state it's going to be in and in Australia it's the same, if i was to buy a dedicated server from a company on which could have great plans but based in lets says Perth Western Australia and i'm in Melbourne Victoria so my server time would be 3 hours behind. Are you able to implement this?? I like how WHMCS has so far made it's software more international so it can be branded to any country and not just for the UK, USA etc, where i can choose my main country (my company location) etc The only other thing is to allow me to enter my Time Zone instead of using Server Time.

Blocking an IP address never helps, more than one person in one country users the same IP, eg: i'm in Melbourne Australia however if i lookup the IP i'm using, it could come up as Perth Western Australia, and the IP address always changes, i've noticed that my IP is something and within 4 hours it's using another IP. If you keep block IP, it's just going to limit people in that country, because hundreds of people use the same IP, they rotate.

The person doesn't know they will need to enter one until it ask so if they wanna signup, you'll have there number, helps for investigations etc. Make sure you always contact your Federal Service when there is a charge back, such a Police.

That's a very good idea, i think you would have to pass that on to PayPal, here in Australia, i can signup for a bank over the internet, when signing up, the system want's 100 points of ID, it list ID's etc, so i can select Medicare, Centrelink, Tax file number etc, and it automatically checks my name, Date of Birth, Address etc to what i typed in. May banks do that now in Australia while i'm also going to look in to it soon.

When i tested it, it had nothing to do with "Modify Master Account Profile", it only worked when i ticked and un-ticked the 'General Option'

I tested mine and if i tick the 'Email Notifications' option: General, the reset password sends to both the main and sub account but if i un-tick General the password doesn't send to the sub account, I tested each option, 1 at a time.

More expensive wouldn't really be that good for me as i'm in Australia and WHMCS orders are in United States Dollars, which, 1USD dollar is more in AUD. the AUD is around 0.10c more extensive than the USD

WHMCS is cheap, it only cost around $15 Dollars per month, or $250 for a life time, how cheap is that, i pay around $150 per month for my phone, if you pay it one off, you have it for life and never have to pay a monly fee for it again!

i don't mean for every invoice, i would only use it to have an automated message sent to clients when there account is over due for about 2 weeks or 3 weeks, i wouldn't do it for when invoices are made because that would cost way to much, (where talking millions of active customers) that's why i think that sending a message to a client that hasn't paid for there service in a limit of time would be good as a reminder! and save money!

Hello, with the SMS addon, can it be set to only send an SMS to clients if there account is over due by 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks? because if i had this, i would only use it to advise a customer that there account is over due or been suspended! thanks Vista International http://MyVistaHosting.com.au
