  1. I may have misunderstood something or we are not on the same page . I am a bit confused now. The package has been assigned to the relevant server in Products/Services. I created a server group Germany and then added my cpanel server(Germany) to it. I am not sure about this. As I said, order is processed by WHMCS i my current config. Even the cPanel account is created in my SERVER. WHMCS notifies client that everything was successfull. But it Fails to send the welcome mail. This is how i have set it. My Prob is
  2. @m8internet I have done all the steps you listed. Everything goes smoothly till invoice payment confirmation. All mails are sent and my paypal account is credited. Account isalso created successfully in wHM/cpanel and the account shows active in whmcs. But the welcome email with the account details like cpanel login, pass, NS arent being sent automatically!!
  3. Umm... don't wanna bump this topic, but does anyone knows how long does it take to get any response here?
  4. Hello to all. I am having a slight problem with my WHMCS installation. Whenever a client completes the purchasing transaction, no welcome email is being sent. Whmcs sends the client Info mail, Client Invoice, Order Confirmation and Invoice Payment confirmation mails but does not send the New account information mail. I have used the following settings: I have set my products to be activated as soon as payment is received I have used SMTP as the mailing protocol I have selected the welcome email template to be sent after invoice confirmation I have applied the cronjob The account and all is successfully created. But I have to send the welcome email manually everytime, which really makes the automation pointless. Any suggestions on what I may have done wrong?

  7. To make it easier, here's some info of my settings... So a Basic Demo CPanel hosting plan. Payment : Recurring Tax:No Configured Price: 1mnth = 2 ; Quarterly = 6 ; Semi-Annual = 12 ; Annual = 20 Setup fee on all = 0.00 Listed Price in Order Page. 1 Month Price - $2.00 USD 3 Month Price - $2.00 USD 6 Month Price - $2.00 USD 12 Month Price - $1.67 USD ???? Any ideas?? Something wrong with my config?? Domains give no problems at all. It displays the price that was set.
  8. I tried it in on all plans.. Yearly, monthly , quarterly. It's the same for all plans Also, I tried the after tax/before tax thingy... The problem is still there.
  9. I am currently checking/testing WHMCS between 2 servers running plesk and cpanel. Everything seems to be in order and working, but except that the order page shows different product pricing than what was configured. Like, I setup a demo basic plan for $20 and the pricing in WHMCS client order page displays it as - $8 ... I am not sure about the (-) operator as it can either be an arrow of some kind or showing negative value. But the text is in red!! I tried various config, with setup/monthly/yearly chargges set to 0/-1 but everytime there's a difference between the configured price and listed price. Also I tweaked around the tax seting but.... I'm guessing there's a simple workaround.... Can somebody please enlighten me?!
