Hello to all.
I am having a slight problem with my WHMCS installation. Whenever a client completes the purchasing transaction, no welcome email is being sent. Whmcs sends the client Info mail, Client Invoice, Order Confirmation and Invoice Payment confirmation mails but does not send the New account information mail.
I have used the following settings:
I have set my products to be activated as soon as payment is received
I have used SMTP as the mailing protocol
I have selected the welcome email template to be sent after invoice confirmation
I have applied the cronjob
The account and all is successfully created. But I have to send the welcome email manually everytime, which really makes the automation pointless.
Any suggestions on what I may have done wrong?
