Problem we are having is our customers have multiple PayPal subscriptions for different services/add-ons. All hell breaks loose when there are multiple subscriptions on one invoice number...

othellotech, Thanks for the suggestion. We'd rather wait to see if WHMCS will make this an option as we're not really familiar with creating "hooks". Thanks again!
-
Thanks, John - Will put it in Feature Requests.

Searched around and was unable to find an answer. Question: Is it possible to make "Separate Invoices for Services" a DEFAULT setting? Thanks!
-
Hi Hutts, Can you clarify what you mean here, please. Thank you!
-
Thanks Damo & Sparky - Will double check both. We have 3 installations of WHMCs - all with different templates and are in the process of 'copying' / modifying one template to the other installs - must have messed up a path or something. Thanks again for your assistance. Will update you when we have checked out your suggestions.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Have the following in my error log:

Greetings, Captcha is not showing in FireFox, Opera, and Chrome. It is, however, showing in IE7 and Safari. Any ideas? Perhaps a css issue? Thanks!
-
Congratulations on your accomplishment! Ummm, what exactly have you done and can you share that?

Hi Jamroar, Finally took the 15 seconds to implement your changes IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!! Thank you so much - once again!
-
Jamroar, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for taking the time to help. Sorry for MY delay in responding - I'm a little behind myself. We will make the changes as you have suggested and give you a status report when we're finished. Thank you, again - it IS greatly appreciated!
-
Thanks, Jamroar! Any assistance is appreciated - please do so at YOUR convenience. Thanks so much for your expertise!
-
Hi Jamroar - LOL - that's beyond our skills at this time. I do like the idea, though - thanks! If I understand correctly after adding the 'regex' code, we would then put the 'redirected' url in the email address field for that department, correct? Thanks again for your help!
-
Hi laszlof, Thank you for your suggestion - unfortunately the department IDs do NOT match up. Appreciate your assistance!
-
Hi Jamroar, Ahhhhhhhhh - now I see the forest through the trees! That's a nifty piece of coding there - thanks. Will test it out. Originally, I assumed you were suggesting to simply hard code a link - Thanks again for your help!

Hi Jamroar - Thanks for your response. There are 10 departments on that page. Editing the template to jury-rig it is not what we really want to do and is why we are looking for .htaccess help. Thanks again, for your response. Anyone else have some .htaccess love to share?

Greetings, We have multiple WHMCS licenses - LOVE IT! We are setting up a 'corporate' support portal that lists all our different website departments. One of the website departments is for a website that has it's own license of WHMCS. When someone clicks on that department, we want it to redirect to the WHMCS support department that is installed on that domain. Example: Corporate Support Portal is on website-1.com Second WHMCS install is on website-2.com Customer clicks on 'Website-2 Support Department' WHMCS URL is: https://www.website-1.com/clients/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=14 We need it to go to the WHMCS submit ticket URL that is installed on that domain: https://www.website-2.com/clients/submitticket.php Need help in creating the .htaccess rewrite rule. We have the basic .htaccess in the /clients/ directory on website-1.com RewriteEngine On # Announcements RewriteRule ^announcements/([0-9]+)/[a-z0-9_-]+\.html$ ./announcements.php?id=$1 [L,NC] RewriteRule ^announcements$ ./announcements.php [L,NC] # Downloads RewriteRule ^downloads/([0-9]+)/([^/]*)$ ./downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=$1 [L,NC] RewriteRule ^downloads$ ./downloads.php [L,NC] # Knowledgebase RewriteRule ^knowledgebase/([0-9]+)/[a-z0-9_-]+\.html$ ./knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=$1 [L,NC] RewriteRule ^knowledgebase/([0-9]+)/([^/]*)$ ./knowledgebase.php?action=displaycat&catid=$1 [L,NC] RewriteRule ^knowledgebase$ ./knowledgebase.php [L,NC] Thanks!

Hi Matt, Thanks for the suggestions - now do you have a version explaining it in plain English? In other words I, personally, would need some more code
-
Jack, consider this - If you have explicit instructions on how to change or access features in a hosting account, you don't want every customer to see every instruction. IE: if someone signs up as an affiliate, they now have access to these instructions. If you have downloads, then ANYONE can create an account, and access those downloads.

Displaying affiliate referral ID on main site
Convergence replied to Convergence's topic in General Discussion
Nope, not yet. Would still love to show the affiliate's referral ID somewhere on our pages. -
Greetings, Last invoice paid by my customer through WHMCS has resulted in the IPN email warning. Here's potentially what triggered that. Transaction before that was NOT thru WHMCS but an old paypal subscription we missed cancelling. That triggered an IPN email warning. Next transaction WAS through WHMCS - where we did get the warning. Ideas?

Thanks John, we'll give it a go!

Greetings, Am encountering the following which we find strange and am looking for some advice. We have all our hosting plans setup to be due on the 1st of each month. When a customer signs up for one of our plans it prorates the time left - that's perfect. So if they sign up on the 19th, they only pay from the 19th to the last day of the month. However, when PayPal creates the subscription, it creates it for the full amount and tries to rebill it on the day the client signed up and not on the 1st. Have we configured something wrong? Thanks!
