  1. Hi, Does your forum script support the option to send/receive PM's? Thanks
  2. Hi, 1. There is not really to much i can say, seeing as how i do not discuss business deals made. If Core Hoster wants to come forward and discuss the business deals made with me, then by all means that is ok with me. Just my word of advice. It does not show good on your part coming to other peoples thread saying you made business deals with someone. These are types of things that are private, atleast in my opinion. If you had business deals with Core Hoster, talk to him as i really could care less. It would not be very professional of me to talk to other people about work i did for others. 2. I will be developing the code now. 3. Question already answered. Thanks
  3. Hi all, UPDATE Approve chat requests, no longer use a meta refresh, Everything is done using real-time Ajax. Thanks

  5. 1. Currently this option is not supported, but is something we are looking into. 2. Yes, this module is only for Admins to view in the admin panel that have the correct permissions to view the module. 3. Sorry but we do not have any Screen Shots. Thanks
  6. Thanks for pointing that out. I have now fixed the description on the site. Please note i will not be able to change the error on the thread as the edit time on my first post has expired. Thanks

LimeStone Server Controls $35.88/yr - ORDER $49.99/Owned - ORDER SoftLayer Server Controls $35.88/yr - ORDER $49.99/Owned - ORDER
  8. Don't you think $10 is kind of alot for this module? It is almost the same cost as WHMCS itself. Thanks
  9. I think that seeing as how you are not going to support your work atleast provide source to those who paid hundreds to get your modules like me so that we can further develope them. Thanks
  10. LOL dude get a life. How many times do you think Sparky or anyone has heard that story? QOUTE: If that's how you're going to be, I will cancel the orders I were about to make through your website for web design, upgrades and customizations. I see that Sparky has been trying to help you, but just look at your comments. It is no wonder you will never get respect or help on these forums. Everytime i see you post, it is something nobody wants to hear. Thanks
  11. Very nice modules. I just have some questions and a feature request. 1. Does this module have an option to prevent users from ordering free trials again? 2. Does this module have the option to limit the user from ordering 1 free trial at the time of purchase? Feature Request. Can you please add the option to beable select and assign templates to trial packages? because if you have more then 1 free trial package, the same template cannot always apply to all. Thanks
  12. What about those who paid you for the plugins from the start? They all kinda got screwed now do you not think? I was 1 of them.
  13. I just had 2 question. Are you an idiot? or just born stupid? Come on dude, name some systems that are flash based that are any good. Don't say flash chat:) LOL. Well dude, i think that if you do not have anything good to say. Just do not say anything at all. Thanks.
  14. I think that offering a free trial is a very stupid idea, unless it is a product. But that is just be:). Thanks.
  15. Hi, Just wanted to say great work on the design. The new design looks very professional. Can't wait till it comes out. Thanks.
  16. Hello, Great work on the release. I have been watching over this release for the past week or so now i can see you are doing a very fine job. I am very happy to see a great member of our community release such a fine product as yours. For anyone interested in this product, you will not be disappointed. +1 Kind Regards,
  17. Sorry if i am incorrect on that. However most people use email piping which opens a ticket when someones sends a email. & some people have there contact page config to open a ticket. So if you are a nonexistent client & you have some pre-sales questions you would not be able to view your ticket without a valid account. Please give this a shot and see for yourself.
  18. By default when using the contact page it submits a ticket to the help desk if i am correct. You then get that email stating that you have opened up a ticket with a direct link to the ticket. Here is the issue. When the admin click the option in the admin panel to require login upon viewing ticket, it stop the nonexistent from being able to view his pre-sales ticket as it wants him to login but he can't login as he does not have an account as he is not yet a client. I think that this is a bug and should be fixed. Thanks
  19. If that is the case then who ever did that setup is an idiot. J/k. So if a client wants to send a message/ticket using the contact page: http://demo.whmcs.com/contact.php they need to register first to be able to view there own pre-sales ticket? This seems like a bug to me. Please note this issue only happens when you click the required login box to view the tickets from the email link. Well i am off to bed. I think i may have had to much tequila:). Good night all.
  20. Hello, You know when you submit a ticket and you get an email with a direct link to view that ticket? Well in the admin panel you have the option to make it required for the user to login when clicking that link. Now i have noticed that when a nonexistent client submits a ticket using the Pre-sales page. It makes them need to login to view that ticket, but the issue is they do not got an account, so how do they login? Please fix. Thanks.

To All Operators - Visitor calls will be passed to all online operators. 2. Random - Visitor calls will be passed to the randomly selected operator. 3. Load Balanced Random - Visitor calls will be passed to the less loaded randomly selected operator 4. To measure how your customers rate their chat experience with a Post Chat Survey 2. Hidden Code for Visitor Monitoring. Use this code if you would like to monitor your website visitors and proactively invite them to chat, but don't want the customer support button to appear on your pages. Thanks
