  1. Confirmed working in IE, however does not appear to work at all in Chrome.
  2. As long as you do not have any configurable options or custom fields on the product order form it should skip it by default.
  3. Issue confirmed here as well. Re-uploaded everything from the full install pack; nothing changed, still broken.

  5. Confirmed, it acts like it is deleting the order but it never actually does.
  6. Have you contacted the developer who made the theme for you? Did you check the apache/php error logs on your server? Does it happen with all order templates or only that one?

Hi Everyone, Has anyone else been seeing issues where if a user is using FireFox when they click an affiliate link and then checkout that the affiliate is not being correctly set for the order (No affiliate is being set for the order at all)? We have tested both the current release of FireFox and the the current beta version with the same results. Anytime a new order is placed using FireFox the affiliate does not get the credit for the order. All appears to be working without issue with Chrome & IE.
  8. How does one go about editing/resetting the credit balance now? I have had to "reset" the credit balance on numerous occasions due to WHMCS constantly reflecting a credit on an account when it does not actually exist any longer under manage credits -or- has this issue been completely resolved?
  9. It requires the cron or he has a nifty plugin running Looking at the logs his cron likely ran at 12:01 whereas the cancellation request came in at 23:32, so 28 minutes after the cancellation request the cron kicked off and deleted the account.
  10. It is only failing to register via the automation or does it fail also when you do it manually (IE. Client orders --> you view order --> click domain --> process registration)?
  11. We had the same issue with NetEarthOne (Same system, LogicBoxes) and it was resolved with the latest v5.2.X release as the ResellerClub & NetEarthOne registrar modules were updated to use "API Key" as opposed to the old login method. Since then, it has been running like a champ and no issues.
  12. The cancellation process is fully automated if you have a module configured for the package. You will need to check the clients logs on his whmcs account to see what occurred.
  13. Any chance there could be built in compatibility for cPanelExtended (http://www.modulesgarden.com/products/whmcs/cpanel_extended/features)?
