  1. Many web hosts offer WHMCS to their Reseller customers. When a reseller logs into their WHMCS admin area they're greeted to a pop-up advertising GeoTrust SSL certificates from WHMCS. (see attached) The problem is many web hosts (WHMCS core customer-base?) also offer SSLs. Some hosts may not like the idea they're installing an app which a competes with their own services. Likewise, having links to third party sites products may also confuse their customers. Removing the advertising would enable us to once again, promote WHMCS to our customers
  2. OK. Thanks for getting back to me. We have audited WHMCS as best we can, and likewise any other encrypted code. Unlike WHMCS who we have a relationship with for many years, we have never used your software before so we are naturally cautious. Sorry if my question was taken in the wrong light
  3. This mod sounds interesting. Is the code encrypted? For security reasons we need to audit all code before installing on a live server.
  4. We've opened a ticket and submitted debug info. We think we've seen the issue in their code and highlighted it to them. Will update this post.
  5. We're also struggling to get the merge fields to display. What are we doing wrong?
  6. Ignore my last reply. Sorted.
  7. Having the same problem with API: Domain_WHOIS. Have tried a few PHP functions to try and make sense of the extra characters with no luck. Anyone at WHMCS who can explain what their WhoIS API call is doing?
  8. Pjs32 I owe you a beer! Who knows what the exact issue is but after downloading the full 4.0.2 release and replacing /modules/registrars/nominet/nominetsync.php and /modules/registrars/nominet/nominet.php the sync now works and updates the expiry dates perfectly!
  9. Thanks for the reply CSNM-Carl. I'm glad at least that it's not just us! I've support ticketed this so perhaps the WHMCS guys can come up with a fix. How do you update the domains then? Manually or via another script?
  10. We've recently just got a Nominet TAG and transferred our domains across. But now after setting up the Nominet Module in WHMCS we're having a problem where for some reason the sync cron job will not update the expiry dates on domains. To get the domain into WHMCS we've setup a domain as a new transfer order as the client, logged into the admin side and activated it and then run the cron. The sync runs, we get an email confirmation but the expiry is not updated and is left as 00/00/0000. The rest of the Nominet module works great. We can update nameservers / contact details with no problems. Has anyone seen this issue before?
  11. Does anyone know if it's possible to setup WHMCS to add another product when a domain is ordered? Our aim is to get WHMCS to automatically add the domain when it is bought to a cPanel server to provide DNS management and email forwarding. Is this possible? Or is anyone currently providing this?
  12. Thanks HerrZ for replying. SSL mode is checked. I've narrowed it down to a problem with Plesk 8.3 - looks like an update is needed. Never fun with Plesk! http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=8165 Before we go through the Plesk update pain can anyone out there confirm they've got WHMCS working with the Plesk API in versions 8.4 or 8.6?
  13. Hi, Each time we try to create a domain via the Plesk Module I'm receiving this error: Module Command Error 1029 - Authentification method is not specified We're running; Plesk Windows 8.3 WHMCS v4.0.1 Using the plesk.php module from v3.X and have also added the line $pleskpacketversion = "1.4.2.0" to the configuration.php Anybody seen this error before?
