  1. I am concerned about this as well. Have had 2 clients have payment problems today both with the same issue. Just wondering if it was related?
  2. Agreed it is semantics... However, The data was stolen, it doesn't matter how many hands it passes through it remains stolen data not leaked data. Leaked has connotations of accidental or minor. The word stolen more accurately represents the truth here. Leaked data to me infers that it was someone inside the organisation who released data by accident or deliberately but covertly. Such as government leaks etc. I am angry about what these criminals have done and the word stolen carries more weight than leaked. Using leaked seems to take some of the impact away. For example which of the following more accurately relays your anger over the current situation? AJ Online Services used leaked data to send emails to..... AJ Online Services used stolen data to send email to..... Just my opinion tho
  3. Why are people calling it a leaked DB? It was not Leaked it was stolen.. A leak is usually a minor escape. This was an all out theft. I have only received these two spams so far...
  4. Got the ajonline services one as well. How bloody irritating.
  5. My biggest concern is that the hackers have got hold of the source code... That could well put all our installs at risk. I do however wish Matt and his team all the best and hope they can get everything resolved without too much damage.
  6. Matt sold me a set of scripts for this. Worked perfectly and only took a few seconds for a couple of thousand domains.
  7. I did check that before posting
  8. My point was that I am UK based and we do the date format properly over here dd-mm-YYYY. So when we visit forums that cater to our US cousins we have to think about the date format. Also we deal with nominet who use the YYYYMMDD format (makes it easier to do maths on) By putting the month in 3 letters would help me and as it is a UK based company I thought they may understand. It won't hurt anyone and just makes it clearer. I am a member of a few forums, most are UK based and some are US based so continuously having to try and remember which forums have which date format is quite a chore.
  9. I understand that you sell WHMCS internationally. The date format in the forums can be confusing. for example 04-03-09 is the 4th March or 3rd April. Scrolling through a bunch of posts to remind myself which way round is mildly annoying. Any chance of replacing the month number with 3 letter month. ie 04-Mar-09 or Apr-03-09. Not really important in the grand scheme of things but would be helpful to see which posts are recent easily especially when coming from a search. Cheers
  10. I try to click on the support link in a ticket http://www.whmcs.com/members/viewticket.php?tid=XXXXXXX And get a 404 error. Also can;t view the main website?
