  1. Hi All, Is it possible to use WHMCS as a full accounting package? I know I can manage all billing and product sales via it, even non web hosting related services. I was hoping that I could also use it to track expenses as well as tax. It would create a better integrated solution for my accounting/finance management. Thank and look forward to hearing from some of you. B.
  2. so, it does BCC all recipients?
  3. Hi All, I am about to use the mass mail clients feature of WHMCS and wanted to know if the mass mail feature keep customer email addresses confidential? EG: Does is send via BCC so customers don't see each others addresses? Thanks... B:-P
  4. Hi all... I have an invoicing question... I have a customer that I have just registered 8 domains for, but when it comes time to generate invoices, they system generates 8 separate invoices for the customer... This is a little overwhelming and an administration nightmare for the customer, where they have to manually pat these individually... Is there a way with WHMCS where we can get the system to combine all invoices due on the same day into the 1 single invoice? Thanks and appreciate any help. Billy
  5. Hi All, I am looking for a newsletter manager thats written in PHP. What i am after is a system that I can use to rebrand as my own as well as resell subscriptions to my clients. Ideally I want to me able to manage all my clients from the 1 central system. I also need detailed feedback and reporting on emails and campaigns. Can anyone recommend a good newsletter manager out there thats either paid for free? If paid not too $$$? Something that is professional looking and doesn't need too much customisation. Thank you. Billy
  6. Hi There, Just looking about to see if there is any connector or MYOB export tool for WHMCS. Does anyone know of one or know a good method to get data into MYOB? I just got my bill from my bookkeeper and it hurt! Some utility to streamline the process would be awesome!... Thanks...
  7. This sounds awesome and really looking forward to seeing it... Do you have any timeframe that it will be ready or in Beta? Will it also allow subscription only? So visitors to your site can register to receive promo emails? Thanks...
  8. Hi, Is there anyway to allow subscriptions to this newsletter with visitors having to actually be members? eg: I have a subscription form on my site that just accepts subscriptions, not necessarily being members or customers... Thanks..
  9. Best part of 2 days... I used the integration service from WHMCS then adjusted the remaining pages accordingly. It is surprisingly easy to do...
  10. Thanks for that... It's been fixed...
  11. Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback... Thanks for the pick on the typo as well...
  12. I got lost initially on entering the site, I didn't know where to find the hosting packages. Agree regarding the flash, why would you need a flash into such as this on a hosting site, you should be direct to the business and not waisting the potential users time. Good luck with it.
  13. Hi All, I have just finished integrating WHMCS into my new website. http://www.mhost.com.au - General Site http://www.mhost.com.au/accounts/clientarea.php - The WMHCS integration. Take a look and look forward to your feedback. Thanks.
  14. Is this a feature of the new 3.7.1? Credit card being the default? I would also link to change the default method sitewide, how do I do this instead of having to do it individually?
  15. Just to restart this thread again... If I have customers on more than 1 server, then how would I best integrate the webmail login form? I mean, how does the script know which server to interact with to log the customer into there webmail? If anyone has experienced this issue, could you please share? Thanks. Magik
