Sorry to revive an old thread, but i am having this same problem too. WHMCS is running on a different subdomain to Kayako but they are on the same cPanel account and the swift path is correct - any ideas?

is it possible to make the Late Fee be charged to the client on a seperate invoice?
Because at the moment once a late fee is added, the user is NOT notified of a change on the invoice amount - so we often recieve payment for the initial amount as the client never knows about the addition of the late fee unless they login to their client area.

I want to modify the way products are displayed on the invoice.
Currently it just displays the actual product eg:
Home Starter - domain.com (00/00/00 - 00/00/00)
which often confuses some customers. Is it possible to add the products group BEFORE the product, eg:
cPanel Shared Hosting - Home Starter - domain.com (00/00/00 - 00/00/00)

I'm tweaking my images for the server status page - but no matter how hard i look, i cant find out how to ajust the size of the image. By default they are 15x15 px but i want them 16x16px... any ideas?

i cant find a way to Globally run "Auto Recalculate Recurring Price on Save" for all clients/products - i dont really fancy going into every client and every product they have and ticking this box
