  1. When I open a ticket now, it will pop up "Error: Invalid server response". Doesn't display any responses.
  2. I am having a similar issue with updated files. When I open up an existing ticket, the app closes. PS: Please add something where you can view all open tickets
  3. I may have lost my mind... I don't see it anymore under Setup. Anyone else?
  4. Hi, I am looking at the new features and trying to understand the ticket statuses specifically. "Auto Close?" is currently enabled for Answered and Customer Reply. What exactly is this? TIA!
  5. Products/Services page in ADMIN area. Recurring amount becomes $0.00 when you check mark 'Auto Recalculate...' and click save.
  6. Anybody seeing $0.00 in recurring amount when you hit 'Auto Recalculate Recurring Price on Save'?
  7. Not sure if this is a known error but in v4, when you for example place a new addon or upgrade on the product & services page then hit 'Auto Recalculate Recurring Price on Save', the recurring amount changes to $0.00 Anybody else getting this?
  8. Can you explain #2? You're saying the email that is supposed to be sent to the admin is sent to the client/user as well?
  9. I've had this happened to me too. Tickets that were sent it were blank and the customer was certain he didn't send a blank email. Happened a few times actually. Most recent issue is, emails are received and opened a ticket but I don't think the system sent a response to the customer confirming the ticket was received and created. I am also suspecting that our replies aren't sent to the customers. Reason being nothing is logged in the ticket import log. Now when I go and test it, everything is working fine. Anyone experiencing this same issue?
