  1. Hi Yes, had the same problem. It seems to be intermittant, Paypal do report issues, however, I am seeing the IPN post hitting in the apache logs where my WHMCS install is. I have raised a ticket.
  2. Hi There is also worldpay, that can do this. Thanks
  3. Hi Does anyone else have issues with V4 and SagePay (Formerly Protx) ? I Cannot accept Payments via them at all. For customer payments I get Protx 3DAuth challenge, however, its disabled in the account (with SagePay). or the payment is declined as its being sent as an Ecommmerc Payment - Type E instead of Type C (for repeat customers) After a few long telephone calls to SagePay they told me that the details being sent from WHMCS have the wrong values. I have raised a ticket with WHMCS, but still no solution. I'm pretty desperate to get this sorted for obvious reasons. Also this all worked prior to upgrading from version 3.8.2, is there a way to go back.... Any Suggestions / Help would be much appreciated.
  4. Hi, We had the same problem; after contacting sagepay and Amex, we eventually found that it was because sagepay had turned off continuous authority on the Amex merchant account. You might want to ask sagepay to double check this on your account (however be persistent as it took about 5 attempts to get them to check!).
  5. Hi Trying to understand why I get Authentication Failed from : php -q /home/..../public_html/pipe/pop.php command I can log in correctly with the username and password as entered exactly into the WHMCS installation. using Outlook and webmail. I have removed it and re added, I can even telnet from the server where WHMCS is located to the mail server in question. The mail server is on Plesk 8.4, any help would be very much appreciated.. Mail server and WHMCS are on different servers. Thanks
  6. Random I worked out, it didnt need to be a configuration Item after I found the email templates, where I simply removed the Ticket Url. Doh Thanks
  7. Hi Is there anyway to stop tickets being viewed other than when you are logged in. That is, the string at the bottom of each ticket that allows anyone to see the ticket instead make it force you to login before viewing ? That way only the intended person can view it. May be it should go in as a feature request, but I though I'd ask here first. Thanks for your time.
