  1. While what has happened is of course not good for anyone be it end user or WHMCS. I feel it would be unreasonable to ask for a credit, at the end of the day Matt/WHMCS will be working round the clock to get services back to normal. There has been zero downtime to your end user, they can still login and pay bills etc. I'll not be asking for any refund/credit for WHMCS because i know Matt/WHMCS is doing everything possible to stop this from happening again, you also have to think you have a lot of details on the web already suck as information from a WHOIS lookup so a lot of this will already be public knowledge so to speak. You will still have zero cost from requesting a new credit card from most mainstream suppliers.
  2. If you have any doubt's about a typo you need to ensure you are sorting this first of all. The services WHMCS use have been getting attacked by a DDoS most of the day, I would suggest WHMCS may be slightly busy building the new cluster he is working on. I've been able to reset my password with no issues today as a precaution so i'd highly doubt the server being re-compromised for just one email.
  3. Thank you for your quick responses.
  4. Fantastic news John, When is this due for Stable release? Thanks.
  5. The biggest question for me would be; What are you going to be hosting on the windows box, is it just going to be hosting? Or are you putting other services such as games etc? For me personally I'd be buying two seperate boxes for the job you are looking at, That way if the Windows and/or Linux users get very busy you'll not have a slow down over the entire node. Hope this helps.
  6. Hello Everyone, I'm having a issue which is only become apparent in the last few days, I have the latest build of WHMCS installed and have the Captcha Form Protection enabled within the settings menu's, However now starting to recieved spam even with this enabled. Can you guys suggest any other either plugins or alternitive way to stop this happening? I would ideally like something like KeyCaptcha to solve this issue but from having a look around i can't see anything specific to this. I've had 3 in the last 4 or so hours and a few last night also, so want to cut this out before it gets really annoying. I look forward to your replies. Steven
  7. You are a star, Thank you very much wwesn Problem resolved
  8. I'm not overly concerned about the navbar, but would that be possibly why the orderpages grow, is there no way to cut the width of them down? If so, how would it be possible?
  9. Ahh thats never good, my email then is steven"at"ihttp.co.uk
  10. I have integrated WHMCS into my site, the only issue i seem to be having is the width on the order pages expanding massively. Could anyone PM me and i can provide links? Also the sidebar has also gone for a wonder, I don't really want to pay for the full integration if its just a simple file i need to amend.
  11. Have to agree totally, with the two above posts. Just setting up myself (again due to health problems) and absoloutly love this system so easy to use and configure. Love everything so far!!
