we couldnt solve the problem with whmcs support from 9 days. I solve the problem myself at the end. before whmcs support better than at the moment. Matt düzeltme yapmış gece ama sorun şimdi şöyle oldu. İlk ticket açıldığında tr karakteri var. Ama ben ya da müşteri reply yapınca o ticketa sorun olmuyor türkçede. Zannedersem o kısmını ayarlamayı unuttu. V3 stable sakın kurmayın hataları var şuan

Dil dosyasindan kaynakli degil onu bir hayli inceledim. dbconnect.php dosyasinda degisiklik yapmislar. Mysql baglantisinda insert isleminede charset islemi yapmislar. v3 beta da bu sorun yoktu. Son degisiklikte olayi bozmuslar. Matt'e cok ticket actim print screen yaptim ama ya anlamadi ya da isi var.

Merhaba turkce dosya sorunlu o ayri bir konu zatende. Mesela musteriler ticket gonderince turkce karakter desteginde sorun oluyor. Mailler tr olarak gitmiyor onceki gibi. Charset ozelligini mail kismindan alip ana ayarlara ayrı olarak vermisler ama oda sorun veriyor. Ticketi admin panelinden kendim acinca tr sorunu yok ama userin actigi tickete cevap verince tr olmuyor. Db ye de tr olarak yazmiyor. Tuhaf bi sorun keske update etmeseydim.
