Ok. I´m finaly in to my account and able to see my ssl cert conf. link there. I thank You CrissD and the other WHMCS member from support that help me solve this issue. I´m new on this level of hosting business but have to say WHMCS is awesome. I love it!!!! God bless to all!!!!!!!!!! -

No, I have check a few times just to make sure. I do have an private adress soporte@lowbudgetsmedia.net wich I also send my self an test email and recieve it

Yes, and I just recieve and email from WHMCS about that. They resend the email confirmation but still not recieve it. the WHMCS - Invoice #5981605. Thanks for the reply.

Hi people, Im new in WHMCS and I paid for a SSL Rapid cert. and never ecieved the email. is been almost a month that I´ve been trying to contact WHMCS but nothing. Can someone please help me with this topic? Thanks.
