Installer Stuck on Step 4

Hi, I have exactly same issue from last couple of weeks, i have same server specs / same versions and facing same issue. I have set all the things to maximum like Execution time, memory limits, site moved out of cageFS, LVE set to unlimited. Anyone got the root cause of this issue on step4 ?
