  2. Hi, thanks for your response. I am a reseller of Inmotionhosting.com using the whmcs they provided. I have no account of WHMCS.com, It seems no way to submit a ticket to you.
  3. Sorry. Last Quote is mistake by my input. The cron show this message now: [h8888@rddd17 ~]$ php -q /home/mydomain/whmcsdata/crons/cron.php all -vvv WHMCS Automation Task Utility: all ================================== Queuing Tasks ------------- Applying "in progress" and "is due" state filters Task queues ready Executing Application Queue --------------------------- No tasks to execute in queue Executing System Queue ---------------------- No tasks to execute in queue [OK] Completed
  4. I tried to show error message. But there is no information output. Just stop at the login page and waiting and no ending. I tried to contact our hosting support team. The cron now can run and show this message: Exception trace: () at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Input/ArgvInput.php:126 Symfony\Component\Console\Input\ArgvInput->parseShortOptionSet() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Input/ArgvInput.php:107 Symfony\Component\Console\Input\ArgvInput->parseShortOption() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Input/ArgvInput.php:86 Symfony\Component\Console\Input\ArgvInput->parse() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Input/Input.php:64 Symfony\Component\Console\Input\Input->bind() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Command/Command.php:224 Symfony\Component\Console\Command\Command->run() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Application.php:844 Symfony\Component\Console\Application->doRunCommand() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Application.php:192 Symfony\Component\Console\Application->doRun() at /home/mydomain/public_html/billing/vendor/symfony/console/Application.php:123 Symfony\Component\Console\Application->run() at /home/mydomain/whmcsdata/crons/cron.php:0 What's wrong with my WHMCS?
  5. 1, Crons can't work 2, Admin account can't login to the Admin area. 3, As this Title above. I tried do something in Database, If I set the value of Admin account in database, Set tbladmins->roleID to '2' , the Admin Account can Login but can't see some settings, for example 'system health, crons' etc. If set roleID back to '1', can't login again. So, is there anybody know what should I do?
  6. I received Cron failed email. I tried to use SSH to run the 'php -q /myhosturl/crons/cron.php --force -vvv' There is only one line 'WHMCS Automation Task Utility:all' Then just waiting... None output on screen. What can I do next??
  7. I'm a hosting reseller, I also develop website for you. Welcome to visit our website https://www.hostfans.com .
  8. The reset password function is good to use. I can reset my administrator's password. But I still can't login to the manage area! It seems the dologin.php have some problem? When will you respond me? I have waiting to enter my Admin Area for five days!
  9. I found a interesting thing. When I changed the php version on the server, there will be a ionCube Error show, after I use the loader-wizard.php to install the correct version to server, the ...billling and the .../billling/admin opened fast. but when I tried to login to the manager area, the system became slowly and no responding again!
  10. My WHMCS worked well before it updated to 7.5.1, from last Saturday it became very unstable. At first, I received the Cron Daemon email last Saturday which said Cron ran failed. The detail is '...PDOException SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error:1205 Lock wait timeout exceeded;try restarting transaction...' So I tried to open my whmcs system https://www.hostfans.com/billing, it ran slowly. When I tried to open the admin area to login to the system https://www.hostfans.com/billing/realtowebjerry , it just waiting... no respond. I tried to use SSH to run the Cron job, no respond too. I went to the Cpanel, the WHMCS Database can't be open. But other Database ran fast. I contacted the Hosting Support Team two times, they tried to help me. Everytime they said '...there were some long-running queries of your database. We killed those queries and your site is now loading for me....' After they killed the long-running queries , the https://www.hostfans.com/billing opened fast for a while , but when I tried to login to the admin area https://www.hostfans.com/realtowebjerry, the WHMCS system became very slowly and no responding again! then the .../billing can't be open too. Inmotionhosting provided the hosting space, PHP 7.0, whmcs 7.5.1
