  1. The more complicated, the better! Amirite!? haha
  2. I guess I skipped a step by going directly to posting in some of the other forums! My name is Drew, I work for a small web development and IT company on the east coast. First time using/setting up WHMCS, but so far it seems like a great tool with a lot of potential!
  3. I got it figured out, when we moved the installation the path was never updated in the config.php file.
  4. I am having difficulty troubleshooting and determining if there is even any issue at all. Our WHMCS version is 7.5.1, PHP 7.2.4, MySQL 5.7.22, running on CentOS 6.9, WHM and cPanel version 70.0.27. I setup the cron job in cPanel */5 * * * * php -q /home/[mydomain]/whmcsdata/crons/cron.php obviously where [mydomain] is, is actually the user. The path is correct, WHMCS is set to automate at 7am Eastern Time, all of the server times match time zones, but it is still telling me there is no Cron records in the last 24 hours. I set a test account to suspend this morning, and it didn't execute the task, however, I can manually suspend the account from WHMCS so there's no issue with the connection to the server.
  5. I guess what I am really getting at, there's no way to just map domain names that are already owned with the built in API's to their respective accounts?
  6. So, when we make a domain purchase via the API, the domain should be listed in our normal Namecheap account, for example?
  7. I am currently trying to determine what we need to do in order to import all of the domains that are registered thru our various accounts (Namecheap, Network Solutions, GoDaddy, etc). I already imported all of the server accounts, but we are not the registrar for all of our clients, I also don't want to hand jam all of the orders. Is there a best method for important all of the domains we "own" and bill for? Or is it best to wait until they come due for renewal and transfer them to ourselves?
  8. Welcome to WHMCS.Community atlemacks! We're glad you're here please take some time to familiarise yourself with the Community Rules & Guidelines and take a moment to introduce yourself to other WHMCS.Community members in the Introduce Yourself Board.
