  1. Hi - I have a defaultgateway called "banktransfer" and I transmit those accounts to my bank manually. Usually, the bank has not returned the status of the bank draft until after suspensions have been processed. I would love to run a query to set all of them to not be suspended until some date far off in the future. But, I can't find where this date exists in the database. Does anyone know? Thanks, Beth
  2. Thanks! I was able to change the color, but actually do agree that they should see the payment status. They miss seeing the due date, though and call or open tickets about how they just paid or ask if the credit card was denied, etc. It would be nice to be able to add some reassuring text there, too. I was able to change the colors to a calming color. I'll experiment with the information from @pRieStaKos to see what I can do.
  3. Thank you! I am able to change the color there. I would like to add a line below "UNPAID" that says, "Please check the due date." I may just remove the entire upper right corner if there's not a way to add that text. Thanks so much for your help. Beth
  4. Hi - For some reason, I get a lot of complaints from customers about the red ribbon that shouts "UNPAID" at them when they open a new invoice, which is issued on the 10th of the month. They never look at the due date, no matter how many times we tell them about it. I would like to remove the unpaid alert and replace it with something else. However, I am looking in the twenty-one templates and don't see where that's found in invoicepdf.tpl. I can see it in the classic theme... has it been moved to a new place in twenty-one? Thanks, Beth
  5. This exact same thing happened to us. Any idea what happened, and can we be reassured it won't happen again? Most customers are cool with us calling them about this, but some are cranky that they have to re-enter their info.
  6. Hi - Over time, I've been moving hosting customers from our old billing system to WHMCS. When I do this, I add an order for their domain name and deselect Confirmation, Invoice, Email. I choose Registration as the Registration Type (Transfer requires EPP). After the order is completed, I go check the domain and set the registrar, tell it not to send the reg to Enom or send any email to the customer and then accept the order. This all works well. Sometime between then and domain sync, an invoice is generated with incorrect dates. Domain sync runs and corrects everything with info from Enom, and then another invoice gets generated! The customer ends up having 2 invoices for that domain renewal and I wind up deleting the first one. It's something I've just gotten used to checking each time, but it would be nice not to have to do it. BTW, I am adding these domains when they are within 30 days of expiring. Kind of waiting 'til the last minute, as is my standard practice. I'm not sure this would happen if I didn't wait so long. Is it apparent that I'm doing something wrong? Thanks, Beth
