Hi Guys, I am new at WHMCS and still configuring my solution. I have WHMCS configured with 2 servers running WHM / cPanel. I can create a user account on the WHMCS and I can add a hosting service and the WHMCS create the service on the server with the WHM/cPanel correctly, but when I terminate the service on the WHMCS, it shows an error and don’t delete the service on the WHM/cPanel. When I try to delete the service on the WHM/cPanel, it tells me that the service doesn’t exist, but I can see it on the list. The issue is that the server doesn’t delete the DNS ZONE on the server with the WHM/cPanel, so I must delete the DNS ZONE manually and then the service is gone. I need to be able to manage all the hosting services from the WHMCS and cannot be going from the WHMCS to the server with the service I need to delete to delete the DNS ZONE, I believe the termination of the service in the WHMCS should delete everything from the hosting server,.... Any one run with this issue before? I am not able to find much information regarding this specific issue. Any help will be much appretiated!.
