  6. Hey, there. When you sync the WHMCS panel with ResellerClub, every action that you place on the WHMCS panel is recorded on the Orderbox. For example: If a customer account is created in WHMCS, the same account will show up in Orderbox. This is the reason why an email is sent from the Orderbox system. In order to avoid the emails, you will have to log into the reseller control panel first. Click on Settings--> System Notification--> Email Switch off the emails that are sent to the customer. Going forward no emails will be sent from the Orderbox panel to the respective customers.
  7. Hey there, we had one of our support specialists investigate the scenario you've mentioned. The issue occurs when you are a reseller and you are trying to purchase, renew or manage an order that is from a different reseller account. In order to replicate the issue we would need your reseller ID and also know the action you are trying to carry out.

  10. Hello, The domain registration module in WHMCS is a native module integrated by them with Resellerclub. We will not be able to comment on the transfer options available in the WHMCS panel as it's a 3rd party tool. However, if you are looking at Transferring Domain Names to ResellerClub, you can use the Bulk Transfer option in the Control Panel. To be able to do so, please follow the path- Product > Bulk Tools > Bulk Transfer For more information on Bulk Transfers, you can go through http://manage.resellerclub.com/kb/answer/2474 For better assistance, you can also get in touch with the Support Team and they will guide you step-by-step through the entire process.

  12. Yes, you can link all the reseller club products with WHMCS. But in order to do this, you will require the reseller club modules that is not sold by us. The reseller club modules are sold by resellerclub mods. He is a different provider who is creating all the modules for WHMCS. You will have to ask the client to purchase the module from them and then integrate it in his WHMCS. We do provide some discounts with respect to the purchase.
