Does anyone know how to do an accounting write-off as uncollectable in WHMCS for the unpaid portion of a partially paid invoice? I don't just want to cancel or void, or changing the original amount if there's any way to do it properly.

Hi, please forgive n00b question, but is there a simple way to track reseller product expenses versus their revenue? I have the billing of clients working great, but would really love to be able to allocate servers, or other services like google suite that i'm reselling against those revenues to see what profitability is. It looks like there might be some options in the marketplace, but they don't seem to describe things this way, so I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have the gateway installed and it works terrifically. Thanks for contributing it! One question: I have pre-existing customers in my Stripe account, with existing subscription / recurring transactions. Is there any way to insert a number from Stripe into WHMCS and lash that transaction to a customer in WHMCS?

Hi, I'm a new WHMCS user, just getting things all set up. With one of my first clients I'm bringing over, they have an existing Stripe subscription with me (for an email service provider that I now have an AddOn installed in WHMCS to manage). Is there any way I can order the same product for this existing/new client and map their existing Stripe subscription to the WHMCS client account somehow?
