  1. Actually after fighting with it a bit more I was able to get it to function. Had to use basic url's to get it finally get the Access Token popup. :p
  2. I finally got my system updated as of this morning. I'm seeing the very same issue. Tried https://help.whmcs.com/m/marketconnect/l/747675-troubleshooting-a-404-error-or-unexpected-page, after trying these steps I still have this same problem.
  3. Of no sooner do I post about the issue but reread the instructions provided once again. Weebly can not connect if you have TLS activated for your FTP connections on CPanel. If you set it to optional everything works just fine. SMH.
  4. So up to about a week ago my clients were able to use this service without much issue. Now for some reason Weebly is telling everyone "Unable to connect to FTP server." This service is great when it works but for some reason it just decided to stop. Anyone else run into this issue?
  5. It appears that after you setup a new account with them, you have to contact them directly to advise them you are using WHMCS. Something about their legacy system that's not automatically turned on.
  6. General release is at 7.2.3. That's your problem right there. Whomever hacked your site saw you were using an older version of WHMCS and took advantage. You HAVE to update to get the latest security fixes, if you don't well.... you already saw what happened.
  7. For some time since updating to 7.0 I've noticed that the network status for my proxmox machine is showing offline. However if I go to the server section in Setup - Product/Services then I can manually check that everything is working and there are no issues. Why is that one section of WHMCS is able to check on the server network status without issue but this new spot on the main page for admins is broken?
  8. I'm getting the same error when attempting to update as well. As far as I can tell its some kind of permissions error. Beyond that we're still trying to tack down what the exact cause is to fix this.
  9. If you've written a addon for WHMCS, then the script from the original post is pretty easy to get going. I ended up removing the price adjuster since that was not working the way I thought it should. So now I just have this module update the year 1 domain listings. The script can update the other years as well if you click the check boxes but instead of just using the prices from eNom it multiplies the year and the year 1 price together to get the year2,3,4,5,6 etc. prices. (Weird) I too originally I had looked at the eNom plugin but decided that was too much money for a plugin that I only needed one feature of. Next time try calling their technical department. I've had better luck talking to them on the phone than I have using their ticket support system.
  10. I've been able to get this script to work with whmcs v7. I just am currently trying to see how in the heck I can get this script to check off boxes so I'm not doing that for each tld.
  11. Wow....... was totally not wanting to do that but it would seem that might be the final answer. Oh dear... Thanks.
  12. I've been playing around with the template e-mails and I've ran into some difficulties in showing staff names. For example I want to show in the subject line that "staff member bob replied to your support ticket." Is there a way I can do this using the smarty codes.
  13. Thank you very much kind sir. I was scratching my head for the past few days on this. This helps tremendously. Works as described!
  14. Here's the rub, I set up a package that includes parts that are priced lower than the ones included. I put in a negative amount in the configurable options so that these parts subtract from the order summary price. Now the parts that have positive amounts have the dollar amounts appear next to the part names in the drop down menu. However the parts with negative amounts do not. These act as if there is a zero there and doesn't show the price amount except in the order summary. Is there a way for the negative price to appear on the drop down menu?
