  1. "you can login as the client owner, either directly or via the admin area client summary profile, and change their password directly from the client area." This is not possible without knowing the original user password. Ridiculous change and sloppy implementation with the empty areas in the admin and extra user pop up screen.
  2. I know this topic has been discussed with great detail and there are themes available for purchase (which I have tried).. but I just want to make a few simple css changes and have them stay after updating. I have been manually fixing my site for years because cloning the SIX and BLEND templates and updating CSS and logo they broke after an update.. IE: in the front end ... index.php?rp=/account/paymentmethods is empty .. customers can't see or update payment methods. I just want to change my logo and 5 color selectors for the front end (SIX) template .. NOTE: I had custom.css working before the latest update, but now that broke and my colors are back to default... even though custom.css still contains my overrides. and for the back end ..(BLEND) template change my logo and 2 colors .. and add an 'all active tickets' link to the top text links in the header (I have been updating the file manually after every update, so I know the code to do it.. I just don't know where to put it to make it stay) any advice appreciated.
  3. WHMCS claims their new branding is un-obtrusive, and only appears in email notifications to staff. Am I the only WHMCS user in the world who uses email to reply to customers ? Unless edited before sending.. (which is a PITA on a phone).. the bottom of EVERY email reply I make now has "This notification was automatically generated by WHMCS" .. right above my website URL .. and it also contains text "log in to the admin area". This is confusing my customers. WHMCS has closed feature requests to remove this new 'non branding' branding, but I want to at least know I am not crazy for wanting it removed. Do they think we don't know we are using WHMCS? What in the world could their motive be to force us to see it with EVERY email ?
