Hi, Can anybody give me a better solution to save the EPPCode which customer enters while transfer order ? Actually we are supposed to do something like, we have to display the eppcode on customer's domain listing if it is on Pending Transfer mode; so they can see their code. Also we would like to give an additional option like "Update the Authorization Code", which can be used to enter again if the code entered before was wrong. Thanks in Advance

I do remember the same error happened to me once, when i had try to upgrade the Product Configuration without changing the current product/service configuration. That time i have overcome this by adding some JavaScript validation(checking configuration value) before submitting the Form

Did you clear the cache after updating the CSS and template file ?

if you have any problem with php scripts in template file, please refer this link http://docs.whmcs.com/Template_Syntax#Using_PHP_Code_within_Templates I can see there are so many php tags were open this page. Please note that we cannot write php scripts directly into the .tpl files, please follow the method mentioned in the above URL.

I think WHMCS will not cancel the Domain on Enom based on the due date. As per my knowledge they will not send any Cancel/Suspension request to registrar; since they will only update the Status of Domain based on the Expiry date. You can manage Expiry date accurately by using DomainSync Cron job available in your WHMCS System. Please refer this : http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Tab#Domain_Sync_Enabled

Hi Guys, Does anybody have noticed that the WHMCS (version 5.2.12) is not sending Quote Accepted Emails to the clients while accepting the Quote from clientarea ? As you can see there is one email template "Quote Accepted" which we can used to send email notification to clients when they accept the quote. But for us, only the admin emails are working, not getting any emails to the client email address. Please test this scenario and reply here if you have facing the same issue. Also please let me know if there is any settings/config to manage this Quote module(didn't disable the sent option in Email Template). Thanks & Regards, Salih

Yeah that is what I'm trying to do...unfortunately currently we don't have any RGP Domain. Anyway i have already sent a Ticket to eNom and hope they will respond soon... Thanks bro..

Hi Guys, What would be the response if i sent a Register / Renewal request to Registrar which the domain is on Redemption Grace Period ??? Also How could i get the RGP status of a domain in WHMCS ? Hi Guys, Is there any default settings in WHMCS to cancel the Invoice after certain period, that is for some products the user cannot renew after 30 days and some others the invoices has to be expired after 10 days. Please share the solution/opinion to meet this requirement. Thanks devSarks...

The problem now is the user cannot Purchase the products for more than 3 years since the Product/Service configuration Pricing limits to 3 year. So How is it possible to overcome this issue ? So my question is, Is it possible to Merge the invoices of Domain and this Product/Service if the Client purchase the Product after the Domain Registration...?

Hi, We have some products which the user can subscribe/purchase in Credit (7 / 30 Days ) and they will pay the money later before the credit period. The Products may be Hosting, Emails and Domains. So Guys, my question is how we can implement this feature in WHMCS system... ? Current custom made CMS will generate invoice at the time of Subscription and the Reminder will send before the Credit Period and also after the Credit Period. We are moving to WHMCS and ready to accept some missing option, but this is one of our major feature. Please note that the user cannot subscribe the products directly and the admin will add the product to User's account as per the User Request. Hope there will be some default configuration to meet this requirement.. Thanks....

Hi guys, I just want to create a Custom Server Hosting in WHMCS integrated project which is like Bespoke Servers. Actually admin has to create the custom server ( eg : Core 2 Duo E4500 Server, Linux, cPanel, 320GB Diskspace, 3000GB Monthly Bandwidth, 4GB RAM, 300GB Remote Backup. ) as per the quote generated by the client.
