Seeing the same thing.. cron job is apparently set up correctly, using the proper, configured php version, but I'm still seeing errors related to the crons not completing. whmcs is sending alert emails every couple of hours now as well.

So we recently updated to the latest whmcs ver (8.10.1) after running an older owned lic version.. trying to add the new PayPal Payments payment gateway to replace the old depreciated PayPal gateways we're currently running. PROBLEM: following the doc's instructions (https://docs.whmcs.com/payments/payment-gateway-modules/paypal-payments/) it says to link your account and I do so. HOWEVER none of the data is being populated into the gateway's settings and they are greyed out so can't manually enter data. And, of course nothing is set up. What can I do now? HELP! Has anyone else seen this and was able to fix it? HOW? After 2 or 3 tries, reopening the browser tab / reloading the site seemed to allow it to work as designed.. (very frustrating to say the least) Thanks anyway everyone. 🙂 Off to fix other update created problems.

Enom handed this off to whmcs as a software problem. Downgrading a security update provided by cPanel is NOT a viable solution to this issue.

Seeing "Registrar Error CURL Error: 56 - OpenSSL SSL_read: Success" on my installation as well.. not sure what's going on and if I'm actually connecting to enom or not.. perhaps its enom? UPDATE: see https://enomstatus.com/

Fixed! ..it was due to whm/cPanel updating to ver 74.. i had to update my older whmcs version ..

yes it's a cPanel server.. it has an existing key.. was working ok previous to the software move..

After switching WHMCS to the same server from another one, for some reason I can no longer connect to my cpanel to create hosting products. It keeps giving me 'Failed: array' error message when I test the connection. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to fix my issue?

Hey rad, thanks for the reply! I haven't noticed this error before.. so I'm kind of at a loss.. also I'm not sure whet / where this project management addon calls this file or even why or if a recent update changed something.. in my template files folder there isn't even an includes folder so..

Smarty Error: Unable to load template file 'ProHost/includes/tablelist.tpl' in '/home/gbnet/public_html/control/modules/addons/project_management/templates/clienthome.tpl' running 6.3.2 and noticed this error popped up today.. Any ideas on how to resolve?

Ok on Version: 6.3.2 this is still happening.. although this time I was able to generate the invoice, previously I haven't been able to and the auto-gen isn't working. Have a problem with invoices not being auto-generated and no real, easy way to manually generate one for domain renewals. It appears to be random and seems to only effect accounts with multiple domains on them but I can't be 100% sure about that.. anyway, what can I do to a) fix the problem, and b) manually generate the invoice so that it can be sent out to / paid by the client??? A little help here guys..

There is a about a 15 day space between due date and renewal date..

Version: 6.3.1 I have a random issue where coming due domains are not generating an invoice during the cron run. It does do the renewal emails and so on just not the actual invoice,. Not seeing any obvious errors in the logs and it doesn't always happen but when it does.. yeah you know.. bad. Any ideas on what's wrong or what to look for to fix?

We are using enom for the domain and ssl provider and we noticed that when an ssl order is placed that includes the required CSR, that data is not sent to enom to process and we (or the client) has to enter it again and submit it.. why is that? How can we 'fix' it so if entered it sends it when order is approved/placed and/or the module ran?

I've been frauding, changing passes, closing, then banning their IP as soon as I see these now. However it is becoming very annoying and want a better solution. I so agree.. some mod_sec rules would really help as they tend to be effective VS many script kiddies if properly written.

Has there been any movement on this? We have a Google Wallet Merchant account and it's active according to Google yet I just had a client attempt to use it via our whmcs and it generated a 404 error. Now this a) makes us look bad, b) is frustrating the customer, c) forced them to use a different payment method. thanks

Not a truly viable solution, but I suppose if it starts to annoy me more one that can be used. To any WHMCS staff: Suggestion, make this editable either in the general settings, or template.

So our contact us form sends us an email with "Contact Form: {subject}" currently. How do I edit the contact us form subject to reflect where it is coming form or my co name or something less generic / spammy????

That's kind of too bad.. for us who have multiple versions (.com, net. org, etc..) and similar spellings or related domains all pointing to one site it would be a mice feature to have (as long as SSL still redirects to the SSL domain)

We used the standard WHM to WHM transfer and it completed without error. Now it's saying the payment gateways (PayPal in this case) is not there or improperly set up. so like magic it just stopped working. uh huh, right. I'm thinking it may be related to a bad server provision and am moving back to the old server until we determine what is really happening here. BTW the crons were added and as of today were working. will update this again if after we have the new server redone and move we have any similar issues.

So we moved to a new server (both are cPanel, with same paths, etc.), and we're noticing little bugs here and there. Examples: email notices no longer send, not sure if the cron is actually working, pending and view all orders are very broken, showing NO data at all. as many of you who use Google Checkout may know, the checkout service is being discontinued on Nov 1, 2013. Is there going to be an updated payment module for 'Google Wallet for digital goods' so that we can either enable it or just seamlessly move to it when Google Checkout dies? I hope someone here has some knowledge and / or solutions regarding this.

It seems we can't make the daily cron run anymore. We are getting errors like notice] EACCELERATOR(2882): PHP crashed on opline 47 of load_class() at /home/USERNAME/public_html/control/admin/../includes/classes/class.init.php:0 and Server closed connection without sending any data back at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Net/HTTP/Methods.pm line 345. with a manual loading in a browser returning "connection reset". from ssh shell we get root@svr2 [~]# php -q /home/USERNAME/public_html/control/admin/cron.php Segmentation fault As we can't troubleshoot the code due to it being ionCube encoded, does anyone have any ideas on how to get this fixed? we can't get any of the daily cron tasks to work now and well we would like them to. note: The email ticket cron does work. HELP!

I still can't get this activated on my site... was able to install but it fails communicating with enom User not permitted from this IP address - 4 Error! The TLD Portal Settings could not be read! Please try again later. I, of course, have given eNom my server's IP any ideas?
