  1. Hello, we are moving clients from a proprietary system over to WHMCS. We have the clients setup. We need help in importing products/packages, pricing, due date from the Excel file or proprietary system over to WHMCS. We need someone experienced working with WHMCS v6 , and willing to start right away. Will pay about $500 for the work. It shouldn't take very long to customize MySQL script to to pull the data from a table and move them to another table. The relevant fields are all available: ClientEmail -> to match with WHMCS clientemail DomainName -> to enter into WHMCS product/package HostPlan -> matches Package Name Rate per Month -> for Rate # of Months -> needs a logic to setup as Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Due Date -> Package Due Date We also need to import Domain Names for these clients in similar way. If interested, please email me: tamouh @ hihost.com , PM or Skype: tamouh Thanks
  2. Hi, Here are few of the issues we've found with the latest MB v4 import script: - There is major issue when importing from two modernbill systems to WHMCS if the client IDs are the same. It will cause major problems with duplicated invoices / packages and domains not setting up properly. - Passwords are imported in some strange format, they are not usable. - The client default currency is not set based on the imported MB installation (it is always USD). - The state/province imported as is, which means tax codes may not apply properly
  3. Hello, We're planning to migrate from MBv4 to WHMCS v5.1.2. I've noticed in the Setup -> Payments -> Tax Rules that I can select the Country and Province (Canadian) to assign for the tax code. However, when a new client signs up or added, there is no drop down box to select that province. Often times customer will use variety of short names (like QC for Quebec or ON for Ontario) and this causes the tax code not to apply to the client. I also found no way to add these short names manually. I had to go into the DB and add them one by one through phpMyAdmin. Please advise... Thanks, Tamouh
  4. Thanks for sharing. I may have to contact you to get that USD/CAD transfer script. We've also paid for customized PSIGate module. I wonder why Matt doesn't release this to public since many people have already paid into the PSIGate script! It would just be fair. Anyway, if anyone wants the PSIGate USD/CAD module, please let me know... Can you share the customized MBv4 script to add other currencies? Thanks
