Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if there is a way to export the same data provided by Whmcs's Email Campaigns feature.
The email Campaigns feature would be perfect if I could exclude specific clients. I want to send a promotion to web hosting clients that have our "Silver plan" this promotion shouldn't be sent to all "Silver Plan" account holders.
Does anyway have any suggestions on the best way to handle this?
To clarify my question, I'm just looking to export the client data that the Email Campaign's feature creates, by default whmcs only displays the first 50; I have about 1200 clients with this plan.
Thanks for your help 👍
Hi,
I have a question about your free trial module. I have it setup, I am able to create accounts using it, but when I attempt to suspend an account, I get an error "Array ( [result] => error [message] => CURL Error: 6 - Couldn't resolve host '' ) " I don't have a server setup since I am offering a free trial for a web site builder account therefore there is no server for it. Are you able to provide some suggestions?
Thank you!
Hi,
Is there a way to setup a few rules, example. If a customer has an annual account and they cancel we don't require any type of notice, but if the customer is setup on a monthly billing cycle we require a 30 day notice for all monthly billed accounts.
Hi,
I have a question about the new domain management features for Enom, I like the ability that you can offer domain management features (ability to modify DNS, setup forwarding etc).
Is there a way to disable these functions for clients that have web hosting accounts? We don't want clients that have active hosting accounts to have access to these features, is there an option to control which packages have access to these domain management functions?
cheers!
Is there an option to disable auto responses based off a specific parsing rule? I would like to setup a parsing rule that will automatically forward a that comes into a specific department. Example if I have a ticket with the subject of "Web Site Contact us page - Presale", I would like to setup a parsing rule that would forward this message to the Sales department in the helpdesk.
Thank you!
Hi,
Thanks ddg8176! I have a question about setting up Parser Rules, is this possible? In kayako there are options to disable auto responders for some parser rules, just don't know if this is possible with whmcs.
Hi,
I am new to whmcs, I am debating if I should use the built in helpdesk or if I should use Kayako (any advice would be appreciate it). I am not that familiar with the whmcs help desk (I played around with it a bit). I have created some sample tickets and it seems like even though I setup departments tickets are all displayed on the same page, and not separated into different department folders. I am not sure if I maybe missed a setting or if this is simply the way it's designed.
Another thing that I am interested in is reports based off support agents, I would like to be able
to generate some basic reports (example: how many tickets did mike or bill do today?). Kayako is a little overkill but I do need the ability to organize tickets in different department folders and run basic reports.
Thank you!
