  1. Hello You would need to open a support ticket for this patch to ensure you always have the up to date files The next release is due to be released within the next few weeks, an announcement will be made on the forums/blog when it is released. Cheers Liam
  2. Hello This is usually caused by the image file being invalid and corrupt so its unable to be read by the pdf creation process. 5. Hi Unfortunately a 500 Internal Server Error error is just a generic message from your server. It could be that ioncube is incorrectly installed or there are some settings in a .htaccess file causing an error however this sounds more like a issue with the payment gateway module you are using. In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your server error logs. With this specific information we can then help troubleshoot the issue. Please also check to see if you have this issue when you attempt to capture a payment manually. Cheers Liam
  6. Hello This is not something we have seen or been reported to us before, I have also been unable to reproduce this myself. Could you please open a support ticket regarding this to be looked into? Cheers Liam

  13. Hi, There is no match for your email address used on the forums on our system, so I'm unable to look at your account. But what I suspect happened is that you submitted a cancellation ticket and either we never got the confirmation, or you didn't cancel a PayPal subscription when advised. As you're probably aware, PayPal don't allow refunds more than 60 days after a transaction and so refunding all 4 months isn't possible as it seems one of our staff advised you, but if you genuinely did submit a cancellation request then we should certainly be able to refund 2 of them. Please get in touch again through your ticket so we can locate the account. Liam

  20. Hello Thank you for your intrest in WHMCS, Hopefully this answers all your questions When a order is placed the data is stored inside a mysql database on the server your WHMCS is hosted on WHMCS can indeed work on a VPS, However it also works on shared hosting (So it would work on your current hosting), Please kindly view here WHMCS requirements: http://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements I believe HostGator use Cpanel/WHM for reselling, WHMCS comes with a server module for WHM/Cpanel that will allow you to auto provision hosting accounts, you can view more information on this module here: http://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel/WHM Cheers Liam
  21. Hello As per above post, The current best method for this would be using client groups, You can find more information about this here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Client_Groups For resellers, the idea with WHMCS is that you would give your resellers a reseller account via your hosting control panel, and then you also resell them a WHMCS license, so that your clients get exactly the same features and tools as you have in your own WHMCS installation for managing their clients and billing, and WHMCS will communicate and manage accounts within their reseller account on your hosting. Cheers Liam
  22. Hello Please kindly view the following link about product addons: http://docs.whmcs.com/Product_Addons You can apply 11 addons to product x using the product addons system, However for automatically setting up your forum and only allowing certain people to submit a ticket will need custom development, Please kindly view this forum category where you can advertise your requirement and community developers can provide you with a quote for the work: http://forum.whmcs.com/forumdisplay.php?f=49 Cheers Liam
  23. Hello, Yes i can confirm you can install WHMCS locally if you wish providing you are running a local web server (Please see here WHMCS requirements: http://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements ), and if you want that as a secondary install, then providing you have a paid license key directly with us, we are able to offer a secondary key for testing & development free of charge. Simply open a support ticket, and our support team can assign you a dev license to your account Cheers
