  1. Hello, Is there any way to tracking sales performance on WHMCS ? For example we have 3 staff, we would like to tracking performance of them to calculate commission for them in the end month. Is there any way to do this ? Staff A - have 5 order (1 hosting, 3 VPS and 1 dedicated server) Staff B - have 3 order( 1 hosting and 2 VPS) Staff C- have 7 order (3 hosting, 1 VPS and 3 server) These product have different %.   3. Hello, I have some trouble need help to improve our business better: 1. API called from WHMCS.com to WHMCS: currently we have multiple reseller using WHMCS system, - Could i enable our WHMCS system allow they call to our system for auto register product ? - Support their whmcs call to our system (whmcs) for auto register domain, then we will register direct with our registrar ? 2. Current with client group in WHMCS.com does not support discount for mutiple category product like hosting, VPS, dedicated server, etc... How to custom this on our system like: - Reseller level 1: hosting 10%, VPS 5% and Dedicated 3% - Reseller level 2: hosting 15%, VPS 8% and Dedicated 5% - Reseller level 3: hosting 20%, VPS 15% and Dedicated 10% and more.... For domain we could use base slab resseller but for product currently we can not setup this, does anyone know this ? Thanks,

  8. Hi all, I have tried many time for contacting with support team. Frankly this is very very long to waiting their reply. I have trouble with POP3 import mail more than one week, i have search around more than one week and did not found any solution to fix this. already submit ticket, already provide access information, already try many ways, testing everything, changing server, reload OS, changing configuration...but nothing solved. I'm talk too much at the ticket submit on WHMCS but not receiving anyone reply ? so why ?
