I think it will be best if you replace the whole Zen Cart than to integrate it. WHMCS functions similarlycas how the ZenCart does. Paypal and other payment gateway are also supported by whmcs.

I suggest you go with a Merchant Account. I heard that Semoweb has a promo code to lift setup fees for 2Checkout.

I believe there is currently no script available for that. Though you can always manually import them.
