  1. We have several users getting these as well when they are typing long ticket responses. Is there any fix for this? I saw a php config fix http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?42242-Invalid-Token-Error&highlight=time does anyone know if this resolves the issue
  2. I would also have to agree. We have customers that have domain registration and renewal only with no other product that are being marked as inactive. Now I see the justification and importance if they have no products or domains at all but I consider domains to be an active service. So the system should be checking for domains not just products.
  3. Noticed today that the Email Address Block title is missing on the options tab of the tickets.
  4. Wow 6 - 8 weeks for a new credit card. I have ever heard of it taking more than 2 weeks at the outside and 90% of banks will do it in under 5 days. Credit - Have you ever actually sat down and figured out the credit. If they were to give you 5 days credit your looking at $3.05 for the monthly and $3.56 for the yearly licenses. Not even worth the credit card transaction fee.

  6. We use radius for dialup. Thats not a big deal. DSL qualification is where the issue comes into play. Both Sonic and Ikano have apis for this but I just checking to see if there was something already created out there before I head into the development stage. But yes they all use some sort of radius.
  7. Does anyone know of DSL qualificcation and provisioning modules for Ikano or Sonic.Net? Dial up would be good too.

Not sure if this is being worked on at all anymore but I have a plesk8 server that is throwing the following error under plesk sync stats column: exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /var/www/html/modules/admin/plesksync/plesksync.class.php:108 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/html/modules/admin/plesksync/plesksync.class.php(108): SimpleXMLElement->__construct(' The plesk 8 server showing in my list also shows a * in the protocol column. I am assuming the this is due to the server being an older plesk 8. The Plesk 10 server works just fine.
  12. On the client portal page the right hand menu has dropped lower than everything else. I have reupload the base files for the template and cleared the template_c directory but nothing changes. I don't know when this happened as I just noticed it today but I presume its been like this for a while. See screen shot
  13. Ok I figured the guys in support need a break so I would come here with a question. Support folks are great by the way. In order to do mass emailing to specific customers we have had to do setup custom fields in each of our products. These custom fields are important because they hold key information specific to each product at each separate location the customer has. A customer can have three products, each at different physical locations. The information available in each field is the same on all product. The issue I am running into is that when we filter on the custom product field we have to filter each product separately. I need to be able to filter the custom field and filter through all products. The reason for needing to filter this way is to be able to mass mail the customers with specific info in the custom product field regardless of the product type they have. We have say 30 products. All products have the same custom fields. I need to be able to filter all 30 products to find all products that match specific custom field data. Currently I WHMCS only give the capability to filter each product separately. Any Ideas? Dave
