    WHMCS is joining WebPros

    Oh... really.... ? The Vulture Capital also purchased you? .... come on.... 😨 This is the end of the web hosting as we know it .... In a few years, they will be earning a %, like a TAX of all and every client you have.... maybe of every email account... domain... or byte of bandwidth you transfer. Very disappointed of this "Good News" yesterday, I got the worse news I ever had in the last 18 years I am working with hosting, that is ... Vulture Capitals get in the business.

    MASSIVE cPanel price increases

    cPanel move is terrible ... I hope they lose all clients to know how bad they did it. As for WHMCS, I really hope you have nothing to do with that Vulture Capital ... if you do, please re-purchase that part! And... since you already have a good amount of developers and you are a good brand in the hosting environment, please... make a Control Panel !! There are MILLIONS of clients looking to move out cPanel just because this move... the world is indignated because of this, 22 years of a great product, just ruined by a Vulture Capital in months.
  3. Well.... I got terrible delays... and asking a ticket to support, they told me this is because of #CORE-10554 from the times of version 6.3 ... or so. I disabled modules, disabled templates, etc. and still the same error (I run v7.71) Just in case... I will do a clean install, and setup servers with all the configs just like the one I have, and see how it goes.... The idea is to try to discard some problem or something that happens "only" on upgraded systems (like I`ve upgrading since like v5.x when I also did a reinstall) and that may not happens on fresh installs ... but I really dont know... and WHMCS support also didn´t told me anything about this ... just to wait until 2020 to have it fixed .... sounds crazy uh?
  4. Ok, Anyone with this problem? I was told by support that I was hit by "#CORE-10554 " bug which is opened maybe since 2 years.... CRAZY! So ... it takes forever to load products configured with many options, like, dedicated servers with for example, disks, ram, etc. options to be selected. We always used it like this with older versions (since who knows... 3.x? ) it always worked like a charm... since few months we finally upgraded to a 7.x version, fixed our template, etc.etc. And found that is INCREDIBLE SLOW ... at the point that, people will go away and not purchase. They told me ... is because the amount of "options" ... right? But... the delay is when I want to list the "BOXES" that only includes package name and price. (so, what does the options have to do here??) For example... only 6 servers, with a few configs, taking 15 seconds: - https://secure.cascompany.net/cart.php?gid=20 Same site, same everything, but just packages without options (reseller / hosting ones) taking only a second. - https://secure.cascompany.net/cart.php?gid=1 - https://secure.cascompany.net/cart.php?gid=3 Just imagine... if I make a category with say... 20 servers on it, it takes a minute to load! (I tried it, believe me) I have tried everything... but this seems to be some "delay" introduced by a loop in the software (it loops for every option in all the servers? ... and there is some delay or so there, that they didn´t found in years??... cant believe it) There are no slow queries... no high cpu usage... no disk usage... no network usage.... it just.... waits ...15 to 100 seconds before showing the page (first byte delay) So... I need to re-think my whole business, because a bug they introduced in a new version ... and that told me they will "probably" fix by the end of 2019 ... REALLY? you dont had enought time to fix in the past years, that you need one more? So, one of the best features of WHMCS, that is how it managed the configuration options, that was incredible good... now, is a pain, that cant be used, because your site becomes useless.... Do you imagine, how many people will run away the site if it dont loaded in ...5?...10 seconds? ... in 15 seconds, you have no one there. Anyone found a workaround /ie. fixing some part of the code, if you have the source version of it? I cant wait until end of 2019... this is crazy for a bug introduced in version 6.3 or so!!! Waiting for your comments.

    DineroMail Gateway for WHMCS

    Se configura todo desde el WHMCS El nombre a mostrar. El numero de cuenta Dineromail. El Pais (Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Mexico) La Moneda de Pago de cada pais ** El idioma por defecto las URL de encabezado, y de transacciones exitosas, pendientes o error, y del Boton de Pago. Tambien los tipos de Pago Disponible (all, o bien configurar algunos en particular) Para los demas paises, en Cotizacion Dolar, utilizar 0 Para Argentina, si tienen su carro de compras en pesos, usar 0 Y si tienen su carro de compras en DOLARES, pueden usar las opciones 1 al 6 Que van desde el dolar oficial, hasta el dolar blue, pasando por otros intermedios. Valor u$s 40. no te la pierdas, es una herramienta increible para tus clientes de argentina. PD: Proximamente, si se piden, puedo hacer lo mismo para cotizaciones en paises como Mexico, Chile o Brasil. (Carro en dolares, y pagos en la moneda local a determinado valor) aunque esto es especialmente bueno en Argentina, dado la cantidad de valores disponibles del dolar fuera del oficial.

Buenas, tengo un modulo de DineroMail, ideal para empresas de argentina, en el cual se puede poner los precios en dolares, y luego al momento de cobrar, se puede hacer con DineroMail, y este, hace la conversion de moneda automaticamente, tanto a dolar oficial, blue, o varios promedios. Es algo INDISPENSABLE para hoy en dia, ya que todos sabemos que la conversion que hace DineroMail sera siempre al oficial que es poco conveniente. Es un Modulo de GATEWAY para WHMCS version 5, funcionando en la ultima 5.3 actualmente. Toma la cotizacion en tiempo real!     WHMCS and WHMSONIC issue

    Hello, I have this module running (last WHMCS) the included one. But when It creates a shoutcast external account, everything seems to work, but it not saves the password on the Package for this client, so the welcome email, have a blank password. Is this a bug? anyone experienced this?

    Btw... --- On Pending Cancellations it says : --- 11/02/2013 15:31 Dedicated Servers - XXXXXX End of Billing Period (14/01/2013) --- And on Activity logs.... D) 11/02/2013 15:31 Email Sent to XXXXXXXXX (Cancellation Request Confirmation) C) 11/02/2013 15:31 Cancelled Outstanding Product Renewal Invoice - Invoice ID: 10949 - Service ID: 395 B) 11/02/2013 15:31 Removed Outstanding Product Renewal Invoice Line Item - Invoice ID: 10916 - Service ID: 395 A) 11/02/2013 15:31 Automatic Cancellation Requested for End of Current Cycle - Service ID: 395 So, the problem was the (B), as it removed the product from a invoice that was OVERDUE already... WEIRD. Also on the pending cancellations, for some reason, it says End of Billing Period 14/01 ... when it should cancel it at end of billing period 14/02!! (as billing period 14/1 is already ended, and he cant cancell at the end of 1 month ago billing period... as he have already used this period as well as the next that ends 14/02...) Can anyone (maybe from whmcs support) confirm me if this is okey, or I need to configure something for this to work as expected.

    Cancellations

    I have one question about cancellations... We sell dedicated servers... automated cancellations are okey, very good for shared or resellers that we also sell. But... for example... a dedicated client had one invoice DUE on 14/Jan, the invoice due at 14/Feb was just generated... Then client submit a cancellation request... TODAY 11/Feb, and then: 1) Invoice for 14/Feb gets cancelled (wich is okey, as this cycle had not yet started) 2) Invoice for 14/Jan gets "deleted" the server line of it.... WEIRD!!!! Basically, invoice 14/January have the Server, say $189, and interest for not pay in term $18.90. when client send cancellation, this invoice was like "modified" and only had $18.90 interest, on it... the $189 server just DISSAPEARED.... IS this the normal behaviour of automated cancellations ?? (BTW, I read on another thread a "30 day advise" for dedicated server cancellations, wich will be the BEST feature cancellations could have, like they have to cancel with 30 days anticipation.) Please let me know, I need to know how really cancellation works, and why it modified my invoice!!!
