Why does this take me to WHM and not CPanel for that user? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 28, 2009 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 28, 2009 On the admin side it's a login as root/reseller link - hence the WHM port - as you won't know the clients username and password. They can change it within cpanel so that the one shown in WHMCS is not accurate therefore you couldn't actually login as the client themselves if the link weren't as it is.
