ehm
I do have one client that own many web sites. All are charged in one big invoice, BUT (don't you hate those exceptions???) few are to be charged on separate invoices. I playing with the 'Import Domains from cPanel/WHM' function and it's very handy. The problem is that this client has only one e-mail account that he want's to use to receive ALL information related with his many web sites. When I do the import and try to change the e-mail to one that the client want's, after the first setup, I can't use that e-mail for the next client profile email address. Under the tab contact I can add the same e-mail for many web sites. But I can't save it now, because all those imported contact have the same e-mail address. It was working fine under cPanel, but not any more under WHMCS. How do you deal with that? Do you have to create one master e-mail for each web site that same client has? Note that those are not sub-domains or add-on accounts, they are truly many different web sites that the client keeps separated, but with same company name behind it.
ehm
I hate when I have to answer my own question... means that I didn't research well before posting. I used the 'MERGE CLIENTE' option... one by one then all web sites are now under that one client. Thank you for reading.
