integrating problem

hi ihave a problem with the website integration of the whmcs

and see there is a blue line of the original theme from the portal

 

annyone know how to remove this line i cant find in the css

 

also i have a white space inte the layout between the logo header and the portal home and i cant remove it somebody know a how to get this nice above each other

This line is defined in this:

<div id="top_container">

 

#top_container has:

border-bottom:3px solid #003366;

 

Whitespace at the bottom of the header/top of the WHMCS content is this:

#content_container 

margin:20px auto 0;

Change that 20px value. (5 might look decent. )
