fed up with currency issue always a mess

well this currency is making me mad

 

I set up all prices for a product that I want to be us dollars and not my default japanese one

 

then after a while I go back to see all are -1.00

have to start again calculating and making my products prices.

 

This getting crazy and I think I need help.

 

Any video tutorial ? can any body tell me what is wrong?

 

should I open a support ticket?

you don't work out the prices for the currencies, just your 'default' currency. Then click to update the currency exchange rates, then click to set the currency values for each currenct you have selected. Set up a cron to do any updating for you automatically. It's simple really.
