MilliR
I am currently checking/testing WHMCS between 2 servers running plesk and cpanel. Everything seems to be in order and working, but except that the order page shows different product pricing than what was configured. Like, I setup a demo basic plan for $20 and the pricing in WHMCS client order page displays it as - $8 ... I am not sure about the (-) operator as it can either be an arrow of some kind or showing negative value. But the text is in red!! I tried various config, with setup/monthly/yearly chargges set to 0/-1 but everytime there's a difference between the configured price and listed price. Also I tweaked around the tax seting but.... I'm guessing there's a simple workaround.... Can somebody please enlighten me?!
JofleyUK
the "-1" is only used to disable that option so it doesnt display on the ordering screen. Does the value of $8 appear as the after Tax price or before it??

It's the same for all plans Also, I tried the after tax/before tax thingy... The problem is still there.

JofleyUK
even with pro rata billing turned on, that doesn't work out, hmmmm, try turning off pro rated billing as this could be the problem. Well not the problem the reason. Think about when you pro rated date is and then look at the values you see.

JofleyUK
OK, then you have me stumped!! Open a support ticket, or let someone have a look at what you have setup. I will have a look if you want. If you dont feel comfortable giving someone admin access then support ticket time.
HostOrca
If you go into general settings (I think) you will find under one of the tabs monthly pricing breakdown, change this to no. Monthly Pricing Breakdown – Enabling this divides your quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and biennial prices into the equivalent monthly price.
JofleyUK
Aha, blonde moment, i never thoight of that, as that would work out 100% $20 = $1.67 per month. Disable it from GENERAL SETTINGS, Pick the ordering Tab and Uncheck "Monthly Pricing Breakdown" and this will fix it.
