raymon
After some time of not usign the software, I attempted to check out as a customer. When I press check out after choosing the payment method (for instance paypal) I just get an empty page as illustrated in the following video: http://webiano.com/whmcshelp/whmcs.html I can't even see an error code so I am not sure what is going wrong. I appreciate some help or advice. Ray

verdictjosh
Okay it looks to be a coding issue with your whmcs install Try re-uploading the template directory... Let me know how that works for you.
sparky
put $display_errors='on'; in your configuration.php file to be able to see what the error is
raymon
verdictjosh, I dread that solution as I did many customizations to my templates and I can't remember the last folder that I saved on my local pc sparky, I did put that phrase, but I see no errors produced. Though I do notice that the orders are put through and I see them in whmcs administration panel.
raymon
By the way, I did upload the original templates\orderforms\boxes folder and it again an empty page.
raymon
I went ahead and upgraded to the last version overwriting my own files only to get a blank page again: http://www.webiano.com/client/cart.php One of the results of the upgrade was the following message: Your license key xx xxis invalid. Possible reasons for this include: * An incorrect license key has been used * The IP Address your system is using has changed * The domain you are using has changed * The directory you are using has changed You can reissue your license from the WHMCS client area to save the new IP, Domain & Directory settings and get your WHMCS system working again. I have contacted my host for this problem, but it was mentioned before the orders should stay unaffected. Regards
sparky
And you don't see this error... raymon
I just saw whmcs kindly added a sticky note to enable error outputs, and I get the following: Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/webiano/public_html/client/includes/clientfunctions.php on line 0 Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/webiano/public_html/client/includes/clientfunctions.php on line 0 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/webiano/public_html/client/includes/smarty/Smarty_Compiler.class.php on line 1

Is this something that my host should adjust ... or I should look after? What do you suggest?
