yowling
I have a client who is trying to pay for an invoice from within their client login area and they can't get past the credit card form. It throws an error 'The cards CVV number is required' even though it has been entered on the form... It won't allow him to move past this. I have tested this myself and get the same problem. It seems to be a problem with the validation but I can't be sure as I don't have access to the php to be able to debug this myself... I am running the latest version of WHMCS at the time of this post. 4.0.2. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it?
d33pa
I am also having the exact issue at this moment. Am using 4.0.2 as well. This happens when customer is logged in and trying to pay invoice by credit card. keeps saying " * The cards CVV number is required" Any help will be much appreciated. d33pa
Lawrence
I would try reuploading the template files and empty the templates_c folder.
yowling
I have done this and it doesn't fix the problem. Any other ideas?
mylove4life
Have you changed the template in anyway?
yowling
yeah, I've been able to determine that it is our custom template that has the problem. I've gone ahead and updated all the files but still run into problems. I haven't been able to find the problem yet. In the meantime, I've reverted back to the default template...
mylove4life
could be scripting that was deleted out.
