Billing hours

Okay, so I've just installed WHMCS on one of my subdomains.

I need to know how to set it up so that when I access my WHMCS installation, I can, right at the customer's site, tell WHMCS to spit back the amount for a block of time.

Say I spend 2 hours at a customer's site, repairing a customer's computer, how would I set this up in WHMCS and after having set this up, set the default amount of money... say, $100 the first hour, $50 any additional hour/half-hour time.

After that, I go to the WHMCS system, log in, tell it X amount of hours, it spits back the X amount of money for the customer to pay at the site, then I have the customer pay it?

I'm guessing this would go into Configurable Options, but I just wanted to know what would be the best steps to do this in the system.
