Stream101
Did you check the permissions of the templates_c/ folder to 777
dansgalaxy
Well its running as PHPSUEXEC so (in theory) it should actually be 755 as 777 should cause 500 Internal Error. (because PHPSuEXEC runs as the user, so dont need 777 to allow everyone as even if its PHP editing it PHP is running as the user so 755 for dir is fine )

Lawrence
phpSuExec? I didn't think that was supported anymore. I know cPanel only appears to offer SuPHP (same thing, but actively updated).
thehost5968
see if Matt has a file System Requirements script that you could upload to see if all is ok?
thehost5968
Also I now this would be odd but try doing a new installation in another folder just to see if it will work?
dansgalaxy
phpSuExec? I didn't think that was supported anymore. I know cPanel only appears to offer SuPHP (same thing, but actively updated). I think PHPSUEXEC is supposed to be the Apache part of it or something and suPHP is the PHP side, eitherway got suPHP running with all the benefits, fun. see if Matt has a file System Requirements script that you could upload to see if all is ok? That might come in handy. Also just remembered I actually have a (all be it out of date) install of whmcs on the server - http://calmcharity.org/order/ which seems unaffected. Looks like i'm going to have to re-install
