Yes, but at the time I sent the email you had that email address simply listed on your website so there was no reason to believe only regsitered users could email that address, and of course there is no email back to say the email was rejected.

 

There should have been an email back explaining that the ticket was not opened. I will look into that.

 

Could you also point me to the place where you saw the email posted? The Contact Information page links send you to open a ticket via the web, so I want to make sure the website gets updated to clarify that.

If you're in Southeast Asia/Thailand then why did you put your country as United Kingdom?
