michelle
We're thinking of changing all invoice due dates from the current anniversary dates to the 5th of each month. For new accounts, this should be simple (enabling prorata in WHMCS). However, I was wondering how complicated this would be to do for existing accounts. Also, does anyone have an easy way to calculate this manually? Appreciate any tips.
Impact-John
well the only way i would know how to do it is manually go into each client and than change the reaccuring billing date to the fifth.
vivaciti
Looking at the same thing ourselves, would that not just change the billing date, or would that also work out the change in monthly cost for that account?
