mojowill
I'm not sure where to start, I will try to be as constructive as possible. 1) Orange background is a little overpowering for me. 2) Your header graphic is a bit Microsoft paint! Doesn't really give the impression of a professional company, we live in a 1 second world, first impressions matter and your logo and brand identity just don't do it for me. 3) The copy needs a lot of work, a lot of capitalisation errors, grammar and just doesn't read very well. 4) I don't see the need to have the PHP, Linux etc logos in your header they don't add anything by all means include them on a technology page but they take up to much header real estate. 5) You can't really advertise web design without showing off your work! 6) The product tables hurt my eyes! The colour combination needs to be look at, I have created a swatch for you http://kuler.adobe.com/#themes/search?term=userId%3A252645, but you shouldn't use all the colours I would suggest picking oranges for your brand/logo and h1 then blues for other headers/strong, but then use white as a background colour and a dark grey for text to give it all a bit of space! 7) Got lost in your navigation, keep it simple you should stay away from multiple navigational menus If you're serious about your business then you need to invest some serious effort into your site! After all it is your shop window!

Impact-John
took more advise from users and scrapped the coloring that we had and redid almost every GFX on the site please give Feedback
rhodan
"Our Teamspeak Servers are Top of the Line Servers" Why capitalized words? That is unprofessional and wrong. The 3 servers in the upper right corner can be replaced by an image of real server? I like the blue colors but the tables of the packages really hurt my eyes. Getting rid of the borders will improve the visual. Can you use a dropdown for the language selector?, all the colors of the flags are disturbing The b/w/ borders are also hurting my eyes, the borders are not necessary there (on the front page). The gradients and rounded corners are nice.
Bucket
Dont make the navbar images, make a nice css hover instead. It would look great.
Stephen
Very nicely done, John! I could only see maybe two changes needed. Firstly, the glow behind the navigation button text is white. Kind of clashes with the colour of the text a little. I'd make the glow colour the same light blue you've used for the background of the main body of content. Secondly, tidy up the layout of the Portfolio images. They're currently different heights and widths. They might better suit being one size, which would also tile better for each category. Otherwise, again, a very nicely built site! And a good use of blue, too. Edited August 6, 2009 by Stephen

You know what I mean, just enable right click on the site, its not like its a demo.

panacheweb
I will add the monitor bit is cool... but you might want to remove the dell logo down at the bottom of the monitor to avoid any infringement issues...
