Division
TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /home/couk/public_html/web/hosting/templates_c/jpgmXlrqo
BoardBoss
If you change the logo.jpg file, you must change the file includes/pdfconfig.php to the correct file name. If you upload a new file logo in other than a JPEG format, and leave the file includes/pdfconfig.php untouched, you will get an error similar to TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/billing/templates_c/jpg6ow1Sh. In a nutshell: Change the logo file type, then update includes/pdfconfig.php with the correct logo filename/extension.
Division
Where would we find the PDF Config.php file?
BoardBoss
Where would we find the PDF Config.php file? From my previous post: In a nutshell: Change the logo file type, then update includes/pdfconfig.php with the correct logo filename/extension. Hence, the /includes folder.

Sunburnt
Try placing your logo image file in the <whmcs installed folder>/images folder. Works for me.
apollo1
Need to be careful when changing the name of the logo from logo.jpg to something different. While pdfconfig.php allows you to change the name of the logo for invoices, it appears that the quote module is hard coded to use "logo.jpg" (when trying to view or email a pdf of the quote statement). I'm using 3.8.2, so I don't know if it's different for newer versions. I think it's safe and probably best to just use the naming convention logo.jpg and leave it at that.
