xxsashixx
Whenever I manually set a product to canceled it still creates and emails the invoice to the person, how can I stop this WITHOUT deleting the product. Thanks - Sashi

Stream101
Please don't bump this, it has only been 2 days and there are a lot of threads that we volunteers go through. If you do want a faster response, I would suggest submitting a ticket. The cancelled status you set is not really 'Cancelling' the product, but just tying a status onto it. To truly cancel it, use the Login as a client and cancel it that way. Until WHMCS adds a cancel option to the admin area, there is no other way that I know of.
othellotech
Click the Terminate button to remove the product from the server. Then leave it at Terminated or set the status to Cancelled which does stop all future invoices etc
