Whenever I manually set a product to canceled it still creates and emails the invoice to the person, how can I stop this WITHOUT deleting the product. Thanks - Sashi

No that doesn't add more boxes to the product.. only on the order form. Edit: nvm it does thanks.. but how to use that on email templates?

Is it possible to add custom fields in products and services? Under setup custom client fields is only in client area Example: Thanks.

How can I merge addons to the products and services invoice? Right now an addon is getting billed separately and I want all addons to be calculated together when thee product/services is due.

Nevermind fixed it forgot about the gmail mod I had in 3.8.2

I recently upgraded to WHMCS 4.0 and now when a new client places a new order or even registers, or even sends a new support ticket in (places one, responds one etc) no emails come to my email stating that. I had 3.8.2 and it was working fine. Thanks.

Can't seem to edit my post but I also have on more question, is it possible to add a hyperlink to the configurable options?

At the editing products page, in custom fields. This is what I have, two tickboxes and one textarea. How can I make it so that if tickbox b is ticked textarea is required but if tickbox is ticked then tickbox b and textarea is not needed. Example: if( a == ticked ) { b && textarea cannot be ticked and filled in } elseif (b == ticked) { a cannot be ticked && textarea is required } I'm not sure if smarty can do this let alone I don't even know how it works Thanks
