D-Litz
We received an order today for a new domain name and WHMCS automatically processed the order to Enom. My Enom was billed for a two year purchase. The problem is I'm 99.9% sure this is a fraud order, I have a phone call into the client who placed the order, however no return call as of this post. If this turns out to be a fraud order, even with maximind turned on, I'm now stuck with a Domain name I had no intention of ordering. Enom says all orders are final, no refunds. This order was placed by a credit card. Maxmind did not rate the order high risk. The order is still in pending until I can confirm if the order is legit or not, but again, Enom has already processed this order via WHMCS. How do you configure WHMCS to not automatically process a domain only order? I want to manually inspect each and every order that comes in? Thanks

D-Litz
Set the registrar to none or email, and pick the correct registrar on acceptance of the order Thank You very much, this was driving me crazy... Do you happen to know what the email setting will produce...other than the obvious? Meaning, what the difference between setting it to none or email? None = nothing happens at all? Email = ????
