TDub
Just out of curiosity, what do you do when you get a fraud order? You close the client's account? What about the products? Do you delete their products? It would probably be a good idea to create best practices guide on using WHMCS. Like, recommended procedures for common usage scenarios.
chickendippers
We just leave them, then close them when we audit.
TDub
Thanks. So you leave the products associated with the user when you close them? Problem I see with that is that you can't delete the plan the user is associated with if you need to.
othellotech
what do you do when you get a fraud order ban the ip, update the f/wall to ban them totally from our nextwork, refund any payment made to prevent chargebacks, cancel all invoices to prevent more payments coming in, park any domains registered on a generic "these people are scum" page, terminate all services supplied.
